Today I was looking for photos of before and now of me for my Slimming World consultant. These 2 photos show the difference 2 1/2 st makes to my face from aged 60 on the left to 63 on the right.I also had a compliment this morning from the gardener across the road who had noticed my weight loss. It made me feel very happy!
